Admission to Shopapalooza is free and open to the public. Registration is not required to attend.
  • Guests who register will be entered into a free prize drawing for shopping sprees, Palooza swag, and more. To find out if you have won, stop by the LocalShops1 Info Booth during the festival. Look for the retro horse trailer converted into our booth.
  • Winners must check in at the LocalShops1 Info Booth at Shopapalooza on Nov. 28 or 29, 2026. Valid driver's license or state ID is required to claim a prize.
  • One entry per person. Duplicate entries will not be accepted. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Open to legal U.S. residents age 18 or older. All prizes must be redeemed by 3 pm Sunday, Nov. 29, 2026.​

Shopapalooza Festival is an annual Small Business Saturday and Sunday event held in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida, supporting independent makers and locally owned businesses.  The 2026 Festival takes place 10 am to 5 pm Saturday Nov 28 and Sunday Nov 29 at Vinoy Park in downtown St. Petersburg. The event is co-sponsored by the City of St. Petersburg.
